Besides our kick a$$ “Sunrise BOOTCAMP” warm up and “Partner Workouts” we review the “4 Formats of BOOTCAMP” including circuit training, obsticle courses, relay races and group station work. We also introduce you to our exclusive “ART of the Push up” and Circle workouts. You will be introduced to the 5BX and XBX workouts designed by the Royal Canadian Air Force and SPEED AND HILL TRAINING programs.

From there you will be placed in teams and given the chance to design your own team workout.

We also discuss insurance requirements and dealing with municipalities regarding permits. Indoor vs Outdoor BOOTCAMP‘s and the pro’s and con’s of adding music.

Expect a VERY physically challenging day so bring water, lunch and snacks. A change of workout gear in the event that it is raining and sunscreen and a hat if it is not. We are outside all day rain or shine.
